The Willow Foundation is the only national charity that provides psychological and emotional support for seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds through the provision of special day experiences. 

Every special day aims to provide beneficiaries and their loved ones with a break from the realities of their diagnosis and treatment.  At a time of uncertainty, spending quality time with family and friends can help restore a sense of normality, boost confidence and create precious memories for the future.

Register now for the Willow Bike Challenge

The Willow Foundation is extremely proud to be able to offer its first bike event this year.

Take part in our brand new cycle challenge and enjoy a day of fitness and fundraising to help provide special day experiences for 16 to 40 year olds living with a serious and life-threatening illness.

Cyclists of all levels can stretch their legs with this three-tiered event. Starting and finishing in Fairlands Valley Park, Stevenage, you can choose to undertake one of the following routes:

• 100 miles for experienced
• 60 miles for  keen cyclists
• 30 miles for novice cyclists

Whichever distance you choose, every mile and every pound raised will make a positive, life-enhancing difference to individuals and their families living with a serious and life-threatening illness.
