Helen Bull has created the 'Magic Wand Foundation' as a special fund in support of the Willow Foundation. Helen has cancer and feels she would like to help other people in a similar situation. Donations to the Magic Wand Foundation will go to the Willow Foundation and will fund special days specifically for 16 to 40 year olds with cancer.
"Since my diagnosis I have been so lucky that I have fitted so much in - holidays, days out - so many special memories. Happy times for me and the chance to share quality time with the people that mean so much to me. As my cancer has progressed there has been so much sadness, the realisation that we can send a man to the moon but we can't always fix cancer. Through the sadness, I have searched for something positive to come out of the situation - I want to help other people and I want others to be able to have good times through the hard times. I have come to accept that I cannot control my cancer but I can control what I do with the time that I have and I am determined to make a difference..." - Helen
