Start the year as you mean to go on by taking part in Willow’s FREE virtual event this January! Challenge yourself to cover 20 miles, 20km, or do an activity of your choosing 20 times.

You will have the entire month to cover your chosen distance or activity in however many runs, walks, swims or cycles you like, at a location that suits you. Whether you're exercising solo, with friends, at the gym or outside, you decide where and when is best for you. Once you have completed your challenge, you get a prestigious medal as a reward for all your hard work. 

Sign up today and challenge yourself this January to get active and raise money to support seriously ill young adults.

At the end of the month, you’ll receive an email from us asking for you to share how you completed your VIRTUAL 20. If youhave successfully completed the challenge and fundraised, you can expect to receive a well-deserved medal in the post.
