Sporting challenges are a really popular way to raise money but they don't have to be as tough as they sound. There are a host of walks, runs and bike rides, as well as the tougher challenges like marathons, triathlons, swims and skydives for the adrenaline seekers out there.
Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100: 4th August 2019
Lead out the greats when you take on a 100 mile cycling challenge like no other through the closed roads of London and the Surrey Hills this summer.
Celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it's a truly spectacular event for all involved.
We'll also be on the sidelines with an army of cheerleaders cheering like loons as you whizz past in purple.

Willow 10K: Sunday 6th October 2019
The Willow 10K Anniversary Run 2018 was a huge success and thanks to your support and fundraising, more unique and uplifting Special Days have been created for seriously ill young adults across the UK. The 2019 Willow 10K will be on Sunday 6th October. Further details will be published here when available, so please keep checking back!
London to Paris bike ride: various dates
The London to Paris cycle is a fantastic bike ride from the heart of London to the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
You'll be joined by over 100 like minded individuals cycling for all the same reasons as you; to raise funds, travel and make a new friend or two! Cycling over five days you will cover nearly 500km.
A challenge like this is not just about distances covered and start and finishing points, the bike ride is about group effort, friendship and more importantly spirit

Skydiving: all year round

We are delighted to announce we are once more charity partner of the Ultra Challenge Series – a range of fantastic treks taking place across the UK.
Most of the 2,000 challengers who take part in each of these great events will cover the route at a pace that suits them, most will walk, some will jog parts, and a few will run the whole course. All will have special reasons for taking it on - all will experience a test of determination and stamina. It's tough, but achievable, and highly rewarding, and you’ll get full support every step of the way - from kit advice, optional training walks, to great hospitality on the day. Most challenges have three distance options (full, half and quarter) with registration fees and fundraising targets to match.
