The Willow Summer Raffle is live! Every entry you buy will help give more seriously ill 16 to 40-year-olds an opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends. A time to smile and forget about their illness for a while.

How to Enter

Play online

It is easy to purchase tickets online. Simply enter your details, click buy and get your ticket confirmation via email.

If you received tickets in the post

You may have received raffle tickets in the post. Just return the stubs for the tickets you want to buy, along with payment and the enclosed form, in the freepost envelope. If you would rather pay online, please do so through the link here (there is no need to return the ticket stubs in this case).

If you would like more tickets, just let us know by emailing [email protected] or calling 01707 259 777 (option 2).

You can purchase raffle tickets at any of our eight shops: Biggleswade, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City.

Buy tickets at our events

We will be selling raffle tickets at events throughout the year, including Folk By The Oak, Leestock and others. Find our team in their purple t-shirts to purchase yours. There will be physical tickets and online options available, so don’t worry if you don’t carry cash.

Willow Raffle Terms and Conditions

The Willow Raffle is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over.

No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks. If a ticket is unknowingly sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and forfeit their prize. The stake will be returned.

The purchase of one raffle ticket entitles the player to one chance in the draw. Tickets cost £1 each.

Tickets will only be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.

To keep you safe, we have a single purchase limit of 100 tickets, this limit is not wholly restrictive. If you would like to purchase outside of this limit, please contact [email protected].

All purchased ticket stubs must be completed with name and contact information.

Donations made alongside ticket purchases will be eligible for Gift Aid reclaim, so we could receive 25% extra at no cost to you. Gift Aid is not claimable on the purchase of raffle tickets.

The draw closing date is 31 August 2026 – the draw date is 14 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will be treated as a donation.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, illegible raffle tickets from which the prize winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event that may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

Winning tickets will be selected at random and prizes awarded by chance and allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from first prize down to third prize.

Winners will be notified by post, email, or telephone as soon as possible after the draw date. Results will be published on our website.

Prizes allocated as follows: 1st prize – a three or four night break at Center Parcs for up to four people*; 2nd prize -£250 cash; 3rd prize – £100 cash.

* First prize is a choice of a three or four-night break for up to four people in a two bedroom lodge, likely to be the new style Woodland Lodge. Any upgrades, add-ons or activities do not form part of the prize and will need to be paid for by the winner.

  • Three-night break to be taken Friday- Monday.
  • Four-night break to be taken Monday- Friday.

Your break can be booked from 21 September and must be booked and taken by the end of February 2026 (break cannot be taken during school holidays).

Where the promoter is unable to contact a prize winner and that prize remains unclaimed for three months following the promoter’s first attempt to notify the prize winner, the promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

All winners are required to co-operate with the promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate.

Based on our 2025 raffle, the likelihood of a ticket winning any prize in the raffle was one in 2,906. In 2025, as a percentage of the total sales and donations from the raffle, 65% of the total proceeds went directly to the charity, 10% was spent on prizes and 25% was spent on expenses. Total proceeds from all tickets sold were £8,719.

Online or telephone payments for raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted, raffle entries using this method will be rejected. Please use a debit card as your method of payment. Profits from the raffle are directly for Willow to support its ongoing work. Willow is a registered charity number 1106746 in England and Wales and SC045811 in Scotland.
