Every raffle ticket bought goes towards giving more seriously ill 16-40 year olds a day or a weekend to spend quality time with family and friends. A day to smile and forget about their illness for a while.
How to Enter
If you received tickets in the post
Many of you will have received raffle tickets in the post. If you have, just return the ticket stubs for the number you want to buy, along with payment and the enclosed form in the freepost envelope. You can also pay online here but please do still return your ticket stubs.
If you want more tickets than you were sent, just let us know by emailing fundraising@willowfoundation or calling 01707 259 777 (option 2) or selecting more when paying online.
If you haven’t received any in the post
You can purchase tickets online and we will allocate you ticket numbers, letting you know by email.

Willow Raffle Terms and Conditions
The Willow Raffle is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over.
No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.
If a ticket is unknowingly sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and forfeit their prize. The stake will be returned.
The purchase of one raffle ticket entitles the player to one chance in the draw. Tickets cost £1 each.
Tickets will only be entered into the draw when whole payment is received. More than one ticket may be purchased to a maximum of one hundred tickets (£100) per draw.
All purchased ticket stubs must be completed with name and contact information.
The draw closing date is 20 July 2023 – the draw date is 27 July 2023. Entries received after the closing date will be treated as a donation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, illegible raffle tickets from which the prize winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
Winning tickets will be selected at random and prized awarded by chance and allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from first prize down to third prize.
Base on our 2022 raffle, the likelihood of a ticket winning any prize in the raffle was one in 2,274.
In 2022 as a percentage of the total sales and donations from the raffle, 52% of the total proceeds went directly to the charity, 10% was spent on prizes and 38% was spent on expenses. Total proceeds from all tickets sold were £9,889.
Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone as soon as possible after the draw date. Results will be published on our web site.
Prizes allocated as follows: 1st prize £1,000; 2nd prize £250 Buy-a-gift voucher (redeemable at buyagift.com); 3rd prize £150 Buy-a-gift voucher (redeemable at buyagift.com), 3 x runner up prizes of £10 Morrisons voucher.
Where the Promoter is unable to contact a prize winner and that prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Promoter’s first attempt to notify the prize winner, the Promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.
All winners are required to co-operate wiht the Promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate.

The UK Gambling Commission has updated legislation meaning that we are unable to accept credit cards for online or telephone raffle ticket payments. The changes have been made in the effort to protect against unneccary debt for vulnerable and problem gamblers. Therefore online or telephone payments for raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted and raffle entries using this method will be rejected.
