Willow Life-Presidents Bob and Megs Wilson were joined by guests at a prestigious shooting club to raise money for young adults living with serious illness. The event at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School last week saw proceeds raised of more than £50,000 for Willow.
This was the eighth annual shoot day, organised by Willow and supported by Paul White of Frogmore Property Company and Greg Nicholson, former Executive Director of CBRE. The event has enormous support from the top property companies including Land Securities, Brookfield, GM Real Estate, Hunter Advisors and Almacantar. The event has raised almost £500,000 for Willow since it began in 2007.
More than 100 guests attended, shooting at radio controlled aircraft and simulated pheasants before enjoying a champagne reception, lunch and auction. An incredible amount was raised on the day from a host of fabulous auction prizes including an exclusive tour of Channel 4 News with Jon Snow, VIP Wimbledon tickets, a private lunch at the Dorchester, Aston Martin tour and a sailing weekend.
Thank you to Royal Berkshire Shooting School for hosting and to all who attended and gave so generously on the day.
