Come and visit our Willow shop in Hertford!
Willow in the heart of the town opened in 2023, and is run by a wonderful team of staff and volunteers. Shoppers are welcomed in from the Highstreet to browse the seasonal rails and sales for their next unique sustainable item. Beautifully decorated throughout using upcycled sustainable materials, customers feel as though they are walking into an exclusive pre-loved boutique when they enter Willow. Stock is regularly updated and rotated, so there’s always a new find to discover.

Donate your pre-loved items
We always need good quality, saleable items, so if you’re having a sort out, please pop your items into the shops or call us on 01992 538398 to discuss.
Don’t forget – you can ask for your items to be Gift Aided, which will make them worth 25% extra to our charity at no extra cost to you.
Van collections
We can also arrange van collections if you have lots of donations or are unable to visit our shops. Please call your nearest shop to organise yours.
