Come and visit us!
Our boutique-style shop on Arcade Walk is the latest addition to our retail network. Tucked just off of the main square in Hitchin, the shop balances a mix of one-of-a-kind items and bargain designer pieces. The accessory stand in the middle of the shop is kept updated weekly with new bags and shoes to suit your wardrobe each season.
The shop was opened on 1st November 2024 by our Honorary President, Dancing on Ice star Frankie Seaman, and celebrated it’s first birthday a year later with a party to thank the Hitchin community for a fantastic year.

Donate your pre-loved items
We always need good quality, saleable items, so if you’re having a sort out, please pop your items into the shops or call us on 01707 326887 to discuss.
Don’t forget – you can ask for your items to be Gift Aided, which will make them worth 25% extra to our charity at no extra cost to you.
Van collections
We can also arrange van collections if you have lots of donations or are unable to visit our shops. Please call your nearest shop to organise yours.
