Letchworth Garden City’s Willow charity shop in Hertfordshire is open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
Willow’s Hertford, Biggleswade, and Hitchin shops are also open on Sundays from 10am to 4pm.

Donate your pre-loved items
We always need good quality, saleable items, so if you’re having a sort out, please pop your items into the shops or call us on 01462 671600 to discuss.
Don’t forget – you can ask for your items to be Gift Aided, which will make them worth 25% extra to our charity at no extra cost to you.
Van collections
We can also arrange van collections if you have lots of donations or are unable to visit our shops. Please call your nearest shop to organise yours.
