Honour your loved one this autumn by dedicating a ribbon to someone special, while showing your support for Willow.
Set amongst the picturesque backdrop of Brocket Hall’s grounds stands the willow tree planted by Willow charity founders, Bob and Megs Wilson. Placed there in memory of their daughter Anna, the tree is a symbol of love and a reminder of the happy times the family shared.
Now, 26 years on from when Willow was first founded, the tree will serve as the central point for a touching tribute for families from across the UK.
Each ribbon will be carefully hand-tied to the branches of the tree and will remain there throughout September and October, transforming it into a stunning visual tribute for those you hold dear.
“This is a special opportunity to honour a friend, family member or loved one. By adding a ribbon to the willow tree, you’re not only celebrating the impact they’ve had on your life but making a difference to seriously ill young adults too,” said Kathryn Craven, Willow Individual Giving Manager.
Ribbon dedications are available to anyone across the UK, whether you’re a beneficiary of Willow or not. Each ribbon supports our work in providing uplifting and unforgettable moments for young adults with life-threatening illnesses.
