The Frogmore Golf Day returned for its fifth year on Monday 1 September, bringing together companies from across the property industry in support of Willow.
This year’s event took place at Hanbury Manor in Hertfordshire. Founded by longstanding Willow supporter, Paul White MBE, the day saw 17 teams take to the fairways for a day of golf and fundraising.
We were delighted to be joined by Arsenal legend David Seaman and Martin Bayfield from the world of rugby, who both helped make the day even more memorable.
Thanks to the generosity of participants and our sponsors, ADP Estates and Kyte Property, the event raised more than £40,000. Every pound raised will help Willow provide special experiences for seriously ill young adults, giving them the chance to make precious memories with their loved ones.
Paul White MBE was unable to join the day this year but commented, “It has been a privilege to hold the Frogmore Golf Day every year in support of Willow. I am always struck by the generosity of those who participate and I am reminded of how much this event means, not only to those taking part but also to the young adults who benefit from Willow’s work. I am proud to be associated with Willow and to see the difference these events make.”
We are so grateful to everyone who took part, supported and sponsored the event. Thank you for making the 5th Frogmore Golf Day such a success.
