We’re incredibly honoured that St Andrew’s Church in Biggleswade has chosen to support Willow at their 40th annual Country Fayre, which took place on Saturday 20 September 2025.
The much-loved community event was a celebration of togetherness and local generosity. We’re especially grateful to be one of the two charities chosen to benefit from the event, alongside the MS Trust, especially for their special anniversary year!
The day was lively with a wide variety of stalls, from homemade goods to fun activities like plate breaking, banana tower building and rides for children, all drawing in a large crowd from the local community. Entertainment was provided on stage throughout the day, featuring children’s choirs, local bands, dancers, majorettes, and baton twirlers. Plus, Willow held their own raffle, which itself raised £300 to be put towards creating special experiences for seriously ill young adults.
Chris, Manager at Willow’s shop in Biggleswade, said, “We are truly grateful to have been chosen as one of the fayre’s supported charities, especially in such a special year – the 40th anniversary! The day was a great experience and really put Willow on the map in the heart of the community in Biggleswade.”
A spokesperson from the MS Trust, the other trust chosen by the fayre alongside Willow, echoed similar gratitude for the support: “We’re so grateful to St Andrew’s Church in Biggleswade for choosing to support the MS Trust at their country fayre. With their help, we can ensure everyone affected by MS has access to the support, care and information they need. We are here today, tomorrow and every day after, making sure a life with MS isn’t a life defined by MS. Community support like this makes a real difference and we wish everyone a wonderful day at the fayre.”
