Other ways to give

Your donation will enable Willow to deliver Special Days to young people with serious illnesses every day. Thank you. It wouldn't be possible without your support and generosity.

Cheques and bank transfers

You can post a cheque to send funds you have raised at any time.

Please make your chequest payable to 'Willow Foundation', and post to Willow, Gate House, Fretherne Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6NS.

If you'd like to organise a cheque presentation, please contact the fundraising team on fundraising@willowfoundation.org.uk with more details. Thank you.

Alternatively you can call us on 01707 259 777 with your card details or to organise a bank transfer.

Gift Aid: make your money go further

Gift Aid is a government led scheme that allows charities and community groups to claim back from HMRC the tax paid (25%) on donations they receive from individuals.

If you are a UK tax payer and will pay enough in tax that we will claim back you are eligible. For example if you donate £10 over the tax year you must pay £2.50 in tax.

Find out more about Gift Aid or complete your declaration form online.

Remember you will need to notify Willow Foundation if you:

  • Want to cancel your declaration
  • Change your name or home address
  • No longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

Payroll or Workplace Giving

Payroll Giving, also known as workplace giving and give as you earn, is a simple and easy way for people to donate to Willow, and it's tax free!

Payroll Giving donations are deducted from your pay before tax so each £1.00 you give will only cost you 80p, and if you're a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p.

Most companies will have payroll giving set up, so all you have to do is let your employer know you'd like to donate to Willow and give them our details.
